Never let a best seller quietly run out

Every morning, WebRun signs in to your ASOS Marketplace boutique, reads every live listing with its remaining stock by size, counts the units sold in the last seven days, works out how many days of cover each size has left at the current rate, writes the whole picture into a Google Sheet, and messages you on Telegram naming only the lines about to run out.

In short

How do I know which products are about to sell out before it happens?

WebRun reads your ASOS Marketplace listings and the last seven days of orders every morning, working out a daily sales rate and days of cover for every size. It writes the sell-through into a Google Sheet sorted by lowest cover and messages you on Telegram naming only the lines that will run out before restock arrives.

  • Restock warnings arrive before a size hits zero
  • Days of cover is worked out per size, not per product
  • Dead stock is named alongside the fast movers

    • Sort the sheet so the lowest days of cover sit at the top
    • Add a second tab holding today's snapshot so you can chart sell-through over time

Done when The sheet matches today's stock and sales, lowest cover first.

  4. 3

    • List anything already out of stock at the very top
    • Add a short line naming the slowest listing so dead stock is visible too
    • Send nothing on mornings where every line has comfortable cover

Done when You have today's restock warnings on Telegram, or every line was comfortable.

Questions, answered

Will it change my listings or prices?

No. WebRun reads listings and orders only. It never edits a price, a description, or a stock figure, never relists, and never contacts a buyer. Every change stays in your hands.

How does it decide something is low?

It compares days of cover against the restock lead time you set. A size that will run out before new stock could arrive is flagged, and anything already at zero is listed first.

Does it help with slow sellers too?

Yes. Listings with no sales in the last 30 days are named in both the sheet and the daily message, so dead stock is as visible as a best seller running out.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
