In short

How do I keep track of payment dispute response deadlines?

Every morning WebRun signs in to Amazon Pay, reads the open disputes and chargebacks, and works out how many days are left to respond to each. It opens a Trello card per dispute with the order and evidence gathered, and messages WhatsApp about anything due within days.

  • Evidence is filed before the response window closes
  • Every open dispute sits in one queue ordered by days remaining
  • Nothing is submitted or refunded without a person reviewing it

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens pay.amazon.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Capture each open dispute with its amount, the transaction it relates to, its current status and the date a response is due
    • Pull the matching order details and any refund already issued against it
    • Read only. Never submit a response, accept a chargeback or issue a refund

Done when Every open dispute is captured with its amount, status and response deadline.

    • Open or update one card per dispute on your disputes board
    • Put the amount, the order reference, the status and the days remaining on the card
    • Gather the supporting detail already available so a person can review and submit rather than research from scratch
    • Sort the board by days remaining and move settled disputes to Done

Done when Every open dispute has a card ordered by how many days are left to respond.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - warn you what is due

WebRun in WhatsApp: warn you what is due
WebRun opens WhatsApp to warn you what is due.
    • Message the finance group with the disputes due inside your warning window
    • Lead with the largest amount at the shortest deadline
    • Include the total value of everything still open so the exposure is clear
    • Say when nothing is close, so a quiet morning is confirmed

Done when The finance group knows which disputes are closest to their deadline and what they are worth.

Questions, answered

Will it respond to a dispute for me?

No. WebRun gathers the case onto a Trello card and stops there. Submitting a response, accepting a chargeback or issuing a refund is always done by a person.

How early does it warn me?

As early as you set. The Trello board carries every open dispute ordered by days remaining, and the WhatsApp message fires only inside the warning window you choose.

What happens when a dispute closes?

Its card moves to Done on the next run, because WebRun reads the live status each morning rather than working from the previous day's list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
