Recharge the company SIMs before validity runs out

Every morning, WebRun opens Airtel, goes through each prepaid connection on the account, reads the plan validity date and the data balance left, works out which numbers expire in the next few days, posts them to Slack with the person each SIM belongs to, and opens a Trello card per recharge so a field phone never goes dead mid shift.

In short

How do I track when company SIM validity expires?

WebRun checks your Airtel prepaid connections every morning. It reads each number's plan validity date and data balance, works out the days remaining, and posts the numbers expiring this week to Slack with the holder named. It opens a Trello card per recharge, so no field SIM goes dead.

  • Expiring SIMs surface a week ahead with the holder named
  • Numbers out of data are flagged even when validity remains
  • Every recharge has a dated card, so none is quietly missed

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Questions, answered

Will it recharge the SIMs itself?

No. A recharge spends money, so WebRun never buys a pack or pays anything. It tells you which numbers expire and what plan they are on, and the payment stays a human action.

How far ahead does it warn me?

Seven days by default, and you can widen the window. A number is reported every morning until the validity date moves forward, so a warning cannot be missed once.

Does it cover numbers that still have validity but no data?

Yes. A SIM with days left but an empty data balance is just as dead in the field, so WebRun flags those separately in the same Slack post.

Put this on autopilot.
