In short

How do I find the newsletters I never open and unsubscribe?

WebRun opens Airmail every Monday, counts how much each sender mails you and how little of it you open, and ranks the worst offenders. It opens a Trello card per sender holding the unsubscribe link and a suggested filter, then sends you the shortlist on WhatsApp so the inbox gets quieter each month.

  • The inbox gets quieter every month instead of louder
  • Each sender arrives ranked by how little you actually read it
  • Unsubscribe links are collected for you, but never clicked without you

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens airmailapp.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Airmail - rank senders by how little you read

WebRun in Airmail: rank senders by how little you read
WebRun opens Airmail to rank senders by how little you read.
    • Open Airmail and go through messages from the last few weeks grouped by sender
    • Count how many each sender sent and how many stayed unread
    • Work out an open rate per sender and rank the lowest first
    • Capture the unsubscribe link from a recent message for each sender on the list, and skip senders you have replied to

Done when Senders are ranked by open rate with their message counts and unsubscribe links captured.

  3. 2
Trello - card per sender with unsubscribe link
    trello.com How to Automate Trello
WebRun in Trello: card per sender with unsubscribe link
WebRun opens Trello to make a card per sender with its unsubscribe link.
    • Open the inbox cleanup board and create a card per sender on the shortlist
    • Put the message count, the unread count, and the open rate in the card title and description
    • Paste the unsubscribe link into the card and suggest a filter rule that would file the sender away instead
    • Leave the unsubscribing to you. WebRun never clicks the link or submits the form

Done when Every shortlisted sender has a card with its numbers, unsubscribe link, and filter suggestion.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - send you the shortlist
    whatsapp.com How to Automate WhatsApp
WebRun in WhatsApp: send you the shortlist
WebRun opens WhatsApp to send you the shortlist.
    • Send yourself the week's shortlist: the senders you read least, worst first
    • Show how many messages each one sent and how many you opened
    • Add the total number of messages a full cleanup would remove from next month's inbox
    • Link back to the Trello board for the unsubscribe links

Done when You have this week's unsubscribe shortlist on WhatsApp.

Questions, answered

Will it unsubscribe me automatically?

No. WebRun collects the unsubscribe link into a Trello card and stops there. It clicks no link, submits no form, and creates no filter. You decide which senders go, one card at a time.

Could it delete my mail?

Never. WebRun only reads message headers and read status to count what you open. It deletes nothing, archives nothing, and moves no message out of your inbox.

What if I do read a sender occasionally?

Senders you have replied to are skipped entirely, and the ranking is by open rate rather than volume, so a newsletter you read half the time sits well below one you have never opened.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
