In short

How do I get an automatic weekly report of clinician caseloads and note completion at my treatment center?

WebRun opens Kipu Health each Monday, reads last week's session records for every active clinician, and calculates caseload size, group hours, and note completion rates. It logs the results in Google Sheets and posts a ranked digest to your clinical supervisors in Slack, so capacity gaps and documentation lag are visible before they affect patient care or compliance.

  • Note completion lag caught weekly before it becomes a compliance issue
  • Caseload imbalances visible to supervisors every Monday morning
  • No manual report-pulling required to see team utilization

Questions, answered

Does it share patient data in the Slack digest?

No. The digest contains only aggregate staff metrics (caseload counts, session hours, completion rates) and never includes patient names or clinical details. All PHI stays within Kipu Health.

What counts as a completed note?

It looks for progress notes in Kipu Health with a signed or finalized status. Notes in draft or pending co-signature count as incomplete, so co-signature requirements are correctly reflected in the completion rate.

Can it track specific levels of care separately?

Yes. You can configure it to calculate utilization by program (detox, RTC, PHP, IOP) so supervisors see whether individual clinicians or whole programs are under- or over-capacity.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
