Walk into every pay run with nothing outstanding

Three days before each pay run, WebRun opens Zoho Payroll, checks the upcoming run for blockers such as new employees with incomplete details, unapproved salary changes, unrecorded leave and pending reimbursements, posts a readiness checklist to your Microsoft Teams people channel, and blocks approval time on the payroll owner's Google Calendar before the cut-off.

In short

How do I make sure payroll is ready before the cut-off?

Three days before each pay run, WebRun opens Zoho Payroll and checks what would block it: new hires missing details, unapproved changes, unrecorded leave and pending reimbursements. It posts the checklist to Microsoft Teams and blocks approval time on your Google Calendar before the cut-off.

  • Blockers are cleared days before the cut-off, not the night before
  • Every unapproved change has a named owner
  • An unexplained jump in run cost is questioned before approval

Questions, answered

Will it approve or submit the pay run?

No. WebRun never approves, submits or processes payroll and never moves money. It produces the checklist, and a named person makes every payroll decision inside Zoho Payroll.

Does it change employee records or salaries?

No. It reads the run and reports what is incomplete. Editing a bank detail, a salary or a leave entry is always done by your HR team.

Who can see the checklist in Teams?

Only the members of the channel you choose. The post lists blockers and totals rather than individual salary figures, so it can sit in a wider people channel without exposing pay data.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
