How do I chase employees who still haven't registered a YubiKey?
WebRun checks the Yubico admin console every Monday for employees required to register a security key who still have not, logs each one in Airtable with days outstanding, and emails a chase reminder to their manager. It never orders or provisions a key itself, leaving enrollment to the employee and IT.
- Unenrolled employees get chased weekly instead of discovered during an audit
- Managers get a direct nudge instead of a companywide reminder email
- Already enrolled employees drop off the list automatically
Built for IT admins · security teams · enterprise helpdesks · compliance officers

Questions, answered
Does WebRun order or provision a key itself?
No. WebRun only reports who has not enrolled. Ordering a key or provisioning one for an employee is left for your IT admin to do.
Does the chase email go to the employee directly?
No. It emails the employee's manager, who is best placed to follow up in person, rather than messaging the employee directly.
What happens once an employee registers a key?
It checks Yubico's live enrollment status each Monday, so anyone who registers a key drops off the chase list automatically.
