Every Monday, WebRun pulls gate arrival and departure timestamps from YardView for the prior week, calculates on-time performance by carrier, writes a ranked report to Google Sheets, and sends your ops team a Telegram summary of the top and bottom performers before the morning meeting.

  • Weekly carrier OTP report is ready in Google Sheets before Monday morning ops meetings
  • Bottom-performing carriers are flagged automatically for follow-up
  • Week-over-week trend is visible without manual spreadsheet work

Questions, answered

What counts as on time in the report?

It compares the actual gate arrival time in YardView against the scheduled appointment window. You can adjust the tolerance window in your WebRun setup.

Does it send the report to carriers?

No. The report is posted internally to Google Sheets and Telegram for your ops team only. Any carrier communication would need to be drafted and sent by your team.

How many weeks of history does the sheet keep?

Each Monday run adds a new tab for the prior week, so the workbook builds a rolling history automatically. You can archive or reference any prior week without losing the current view.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
