Questions, answered

Does WebRun run the tech check itself?

No. It only reads whether the host has already completed the tech check in WebinarJam and reports what is outstanding. The actual audio and screen share check is done by your host.

How close to the session does the reminder start?

48 hours before the scheduled time, with the reminder repeating daily so there is time to fix an issue before the session goes live.

What happens once everything is checked?

The Slack reminder stops for that session, and the Drive checklist shows it as fully confirmed, so nothing further is sent.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
