Questions, answered
Will it email clients automatically?
No. WebRun drafts every reminder in Gmail and leaves it for the producer to review before anything is sent to the client. No message goes out without a human approving it first.
How long does it wait before flagging a review as overdue?
You configure the waiting window in your WebRun settings. The default is two business days from when the Frame.io review link was shared with the client.
What happens once a client approves the review?
It reads the live review status in Frame.io each morning, so any link already marked as Approved or Complete is automatically skipped on that run.
Put this on autopilot.
