Keep a running log of what you drank and rated
Every Monday, WebRun opens Untappd, reads the check-ins you logged over the past week, writes each one into a Notion tasting database with the beer, brewery, style and your rating, and appends the same rows to a Google Sheet so your whole drinking history stays searchable and sortable outside the app.

How do I export my Untappd check-ins into a tasting log?
WebRun reads your Untappd check-ins every Monday and turns them into a proper tasting log. It records each beer with its brewery, style, ABV and your rating into a Notion database, then appends the same rows to Google Sheets with a refreshed summary tab, so your drinking history stays searchable and sortable.
- Every check-in lands in a searchable database within a week
- Average rating by brewery and style stays current without manual entry
- Your tasting history survives outside the Untappd app

1
Untappd - read this week's check-ins
WebRun opens Untappd to read this week's check-ins. - Open Untappd and go to your own profile activity feed
- Capture every check-in from the last 7 days
- For each one record the beer name, brewery, style, ABV, your rating and any note you wrote
- Record the venue and the date where the check-in has them
- Skip check-ins already written to Notion in an earlier run
Done when Every new check-in from the past week has been captured with its beer, brewery, style and rating.
-
2
Notion - log each beer and rating
WebRun opens Notion to log each beer and rating. - Open your Notion tasting database
- Add one row per new check-in with beer, brewery, style, ABV, rating, venue and date
- Paste your own check-in note into the row so the context survives
- Leave a blank column for your longer tasting notes to fill in later
Done when Each new check-in exists as its own row in the Notion tasting database.
-
3
Google Sheets - build the tasting history
WebRun opens Google Sheets to build the tasting history. - Open your tasting history sheet and append the same rows
- Keep the column order stable so your pivot tables and charts keep working
- Refresh the summary tab: count by style, average rating by brewery, and this month's total
- Post nothing publicly. WebRun never checks in, rates or comments on Untappd for you
Done when The Google Sheet holds every check-in to date with the summary tab refreshed.
How is each run configured?

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it check in or rate beers on my behalf?
No. WebRun only reads your own Untappd activity feed. It never posts a check-in, never leaves a rating and never comments on anyone else's check-in. Everything public stays in your hands.
What happens to check-ins it already logged?
They are skipped. WebRun matches each check-in against what is already in your Notion database, so a beer you logged three weeks ago never gets duplicated.
Can I add my own tasting notes afterwards?
Yes. Each Notion row leaves a blank notes column for you. WebRun only fills the fields it read from Untappd and never overwrites anything you typed yourself.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
