Stop supplier holds from quietly lapsing

Every morning, WebRun opens Travefy, scans active trips for supplier holds and option deadlines coming due, logs each one in Google Sheets with the supplier, trip, and expiry date, and posts your team a Slack list of which holds expire this week so you can confirm or release them before they quietly lapse.

In short

How do I track supplier hold and option deadlines so none lapse?

Every morning, WebRun opens Travefy and scans active trips for supplier holds and option deadlines coming due. It logs each one in Google Sheets with the supplier, trip, and expiry date, and posts your team a Slack list of which holds expire this week, nearest deadline first, so you can confirm or release them before they lapse.

  • Hold deadlines surface every morning, not the day a booking is lost
  • Every hold is logged with its expiry date and status in one sheet
  • No supplier option lapses unnoticed and forces a rebooking at a worse rate

Questions, answered

Will it confirm or release a hold on its own?

No. WebRun only tracks each hold and flags what is due. It logs the deadline in Sheets and alerts you in Slack, but confirming a booking or releasing a hold with a supplier always stays a decision a person makes.

How does it know when a hold expires?

It reads each held or optioned booking in Travefy every morning, pulls the supplier hold or option deadline from the booking details, and lists any expiring in the next 7 days so nothing slips past unseen.

What if a hold was already confirmed?

It reads the live booking status in Travefy each run, so a hold you have already confirmed or released is marked accordingly in the sheet and dropped from the urgent Slack list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
