Will it message clients about an advisory on its own?
No. WebRun only drafts an optional heads-up in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You read it and decide whether to send, so nothing about a travel advisory reaches a client without a person approving it first.
Where does the advisory information come from?
It reads the official advisory level for each destination from travel.state.gov, read-only, and compares it to the last check. Only destinations whose level has changed for a booked trip trigger an alert, so you are not flooded.
Does it give travel safety advice?
No. WebRun surfaces the official advisory level and links the source for the advisor to interpret. It does not assess risk or advise clients to cancel. Any decision and message stay with the advisor and the traveler.
