Will it publish or re-publish an episode?
No. WebRun only reads Transistor and your public feeds. It never publishes, unpublishes, or edits an episode, and it never resubmits a feed to a directory. Every problem lands on a Trello card for you to act on.
How does it check a directory listing?
It looks up the show in each directory you distribute to and checks whether the new episode is listed with its publish time, then records a live or missing result per directory.
What if a directory is just slow?
WebRun checks again the next morning and updates the same card rather than opening a second one, so normal propagation delay does not turn into a pile of duplicate alerts.
