Will it email guests about their balance without my approval?
No. Every reminder is drafted and held in Gmail for your review. You send the batch once you have checked the amounts, so no guest receives a payment request you have not approved.
What if a guest already paid after the reminder was drafted?
Because the drafts are held for your review, you can check Checkfront for any payments made since the draft was created and delete the draft for guests who have already settled their balance.
Can it send a second reminder if the first is ignored?
Yes. Run the workflow again the following day and it will detect the balance is still open and draft a follow-up, while the Google Sheets log prevents duplicate reminders within the same three-day window.
