Never let a customer email go unanswered
Every afternoon, WebRun signs in to Titan, walks your shared inbox for threads where the last message came from outside and no reply followed, works out how long each has waited, posts the ageing list to Microsoft Teams, and sends a Telegram ping for anything past your stated response time.

How do I make sure no customer email goes unanswered?
WebRun checks your Titan inbox every afternoon for customer emails that have not been answered. It measures how long each thread has waited, posts the ageing list to Microsoft Teams grouped by owner, and pings Telegram about anything past your response promise, without ever replying itself.
- Every waiting customer email is visible by mid-afternoon
- Threads past your response promise get named, not buried
- The team sees the backlog by owner instead of guessing

Questions, answered
Will it reply to any customer for me?
No. WebRun never sends an email. It reads which threads are waiting and reports them internally to Teams and Telegram, so every word a customer receives is still written and sent by a person.
Does it move, archive, or delete mail?
No. The Titan inbox is read only. Nothing is marked read, filed, archived, or deleted, so your team sees exactly the same inbox they had before the run.
How does it avoid flagging newsletters?
It ignores the folders and senders you exclude during setup, including marketing lists and system notifications, and only counts threads whose last message came from a real customer address.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
