Through the working day, WebRun opens Threema Web on your business account, lists the conversations that are still unread and how long each has waited, posts a short digest to your internal Slack channel, and queues a Twilio text to the on-call person whenever a chat has been waiting past your response promise.

How do I make sure no business chat message goes unanswered?
WebRun watches your Threema conversations through the working day. It opens Threema Web, lists every chat still unread and how long it has waited, posts the queue to your Slack team channel oldest first, and queues a Twilio text to on-call whenever a conversation passes your response promise.
- Nobody waits past your response promise without someone knowing
- The queue is visible in Slack without opening Threema
- Message contents never leave the encrypted app
Built for operations teams · support teams · privacy-conscious businesses · on-call rotations

Questions, answered
Will it reply to anyone in Threema?
No. WebRun never sends a Threema message. It reports which conversations are waiting, and every reply is written and sent by a person.
Does message content leave Threema?
No. The Slack digest carries only the sender or group name, the unread count, and the waiting time. Message contents stay inside Threema.
Will it text on-call automatically?
No. The Twilio alert is written and left queued for a human to approve and send, so an out-of-hours text is always a deliberate choice.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
