Clear seasonal blends before they go stale
Every Monday, WebRun checks Google Calendar for each seasonal blend's season-end date, checks how much stock is left in ClearTEQ POS, and emails you a markdown recommendation with quantities and a target sell-by date while there's still time to clear it.

How do I know when to mark down a seasonal tea blend before it expires?
WebRun tracks each seasonal blend's season-end date in Google Calendar, checks the stock still on hand in ClearTEQ POS, and estimates whether it will sell through in time at the current pace. Every Monday it emails you a markdown recommendation with a suggested percentage and sell-by date for anything at risk, leaving the actual price change for you to make.
- Seasonal blends get flagged 30 days out, not after the season closes
- Markdown suggestions come with a specific sell-by date
- Price changes stay entirely your call

Questions, answered
Does it apply the markdown itself?
No. It only emails a recommended percentage and sell-by date. Changing the price in ClearTEQ POS is always your decision.
How far ahead does it flag a closing season?
It flags any seasonal blend with its season ending within 30 days, so there's still time to act on the recommendation.
What if a blend is already selling through fine?
It only recommends a markdown when the current sell rate won't clear the stock in time. Blends on pace are left alone.
