Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to families without my approval?
No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and held for staff review. Nothing goes to a family until a staff member opens the draft and clicks Send.
How far in advance does it send reminders?
By default it targets lessons starting within 48 hours, but you can adjust that window to 24 hours or 72 hours when you set up the workflow.
What if a family already cancelled or rescheduled?
WebRun reads live enrollment data from iClassPro each run, so cancelled or rescheduled bookings are excluded automatically before any draft is created.
