How do I automatically follow up on failed swim tuition payments?
WebRun opens Jackrabbit Class each morning, finds every enrollment with a failed or declined payment, and drafts a polite recovery email for each family in Gmail. A billing alert lands in Slack listing the outstanding amounts so staff can review the drafts and act before any enrollment is at risk.
- Failed payments are flagged and queued for recovery the same morning they appear
- Billing staff get a prioritized list with amounts and days overdue in Slack
- No recovery email reaches a family without a human review step
Built for swim schools · aquatic programs · swim lesson billing staff · youth sports administrators

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email families about their failed payment without my approval?
No. Every recovery email is saved as a Gmail draft and held until a staff member reviews it and clicks Send. Nothing goes to a family automatically.
Will the student be dropped from their class if payment fails?
WebRun does not change enrollment status. It only drafts and queues the recovery communication so your staff can resolve the payment before any enrollment decision is made.
What if the family fixes the payment on their own before staff sends the draft?
WebRun re-checks Jackrabbit Class each run, so a family whose payment has been resolved is skipped in subsequent runs and their draft can be discarded.
