Questions, answered

Does it pull products off the shelf itself?

No. WebRun only builds the list and posts it to Slack. A staff member physically checks and pulls each lot, WebRun never touches inventory counts on its own.

How is urgency decided?

Lots expiring within 14 days are marked urgent and listed first. Everything else expiring within 45 days follows below so staff can plan ahead.

Does it catch lots added after this morning's run?

It reads live lot and expiration data from VitaHealth POS on the next scheduled run, so newly received or relabeled lots show up the following morning.

Put this on autopilot.
