In short

How do I get alerted when a Southwest flight changes gate or time?

WebRun checks your team's Southwest bookings every hour, compares each one against its last known gate, time, and status, and posts a Slack alert the moment something changes. Updated boarding passes are archived to Google Drive automatically, so travelers and the office both see delays or gate changes before they reach the airport.

  • Travelers hear about a gate or delay change before they reach the airport
  • The team always has the current boarding pass on file in Drive
  • No one finds out about a schedule change by standing at the wrong gate

Questions, answered

Will it rebook or cancel a flight for us?

No. WebRun only reads booking status and reports changes. Rebooking, canceling, or any change to a reservation is left to your team or the traveler.

How fast does it catch a gate or delay change?

It checks Southwest at least once an hour on travel days, so a change usually reaches Slack within the hour it happens.

Does it work for bookings made outside our company account?

It only reads bookings visible in the connected Southwest account, so a trip booked separately by a traveler won't show up unless it's added to that account.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
