How do I track whether influencers are meeting their contracted deliverables?
WebRun keeps your influencer deliverable tracker accurate without manual counting. Every morning it checks Sprout Social for what each tagged creator actually posted, matches it against the feed posts, stories, and reels owed in Airtable, updates the remaining balance, and alerts your account team in Slack the moment a creator falls behind pace to miss a deadline.
- Every creator's remaining deliverables are accurate every morning
- At-risk creators get flagged days before a deadline is missed
- No more manually cross-checking contracts against what actually posted
Built for influencer marketing agencies · social media agencies · campaign managers · creator partnerships teams

Questions, answered
Does it message creators directly?
No. WebRun only updates the Airtable tracker and alerts your account team in Slack. Any outreach to a creator is still written and sent by a person on your team.
How does it match a post to the right contract?
It reads the campaign tag on each post in Sprout Social and matches it to the same campaign in the Airtable tracker, so counts never mix between clients.
What if a creator posts something off-contract?
It only counts posts tagged to the active campaign, so extra or unrelated content does not accidentally fill a deliverable slot.
