Questions, answered
Does it cover both online and in-store sales?
Yes. WebRun pulls the top products separately for your online store and each POS location so you can see where products perform best and spot cross-channel gaps.
Can I change how many products are shown?
Yes. During setup you can set the top N per channel. The default is 10 products per channel, which fits comfortably in a Slack message without overwhelming the reader.
Will it post automatically without approval?
Yes. The top-product report is a read-only internal digest and goes to a Slack channel you designate. No customer-facing content is involved, so no approval step is needed.
