Questions, answered
Will it send a delay notice to the customer?
No. WebRun logs delayed orders for your ops team only. Any customer-facing communication about a delay is drafted and sent by your team after reviewing the sheet.
What counts as a delay?
You set the threshold during setup. The default flags any order unfulfilled for more than 2 business days. Orders over 5 days are marked critical so the most urgent cases are visible immediately.
Does it clear resolved orders from the sheet?
Yes. On each morning run, WebRun checks which previously flagged orders have since been fulfilled in Shopify and removes them from the active delay list so your team only sees open issues.
