Start every day knowing exactly who is posted where

Every morning, WebRun opens TrackTik and pulls the full day's scheduled guard assignments, organising them by site, shift time, and post. It logs the roster to a Google Sheet for the record and posts a concise daily briefing to your operations Slack channel so supervisors and dispatchers start the day fully informed.

In short

How do I automatically generate a daily guard roster and post assignment digest?

Every morning, WebRun pulls the day's full guard schedule from TrackTik, organises assignments by site and post, flags any open or unfilled posts, logs the complete roster to Google Sheets, and posts a concise daily briefing to your operations Slack channel so supervisors start every shift with a clear picture.

  • Supervisors start every day with a full site-by-site guard assignment in Slack
  • Open posts are flagged first so coverage gaps are addressed before shifts start
  • A running Google Sheet roster provides a historical attendance and coverage record

Questions, answered

Does it contact guards or make any schedule changes?

No. The roster digest is read-only and internal. It surfaces the data your ops team needs; any schedule changes are made by a human in TrackTik.

What happens if the schedule in TrackTik has not been finalised yet?

It captures whatever is in TrackTik at run time and flags open posts. If the schedule is updated later, the next day's run will reflect the current state.

Can we add more sites without changing the setup?

Yes. Because it pulls all active sites from TrackTik dynamically, any new site added to TrackTik will automatically appear in the next roster digest.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
