Questions, answered
Will it send payment requests to customers without my approval?
No. Payment link requests are drafted in Stripe and held for team review before any customer receives them. No payment request is sent without human approval.
What if a customer paid the deposit through a different channel?
WebRun checks both Printavo and Stripe each morning, so any recorded payment in either system removes the job from the deposit chase list automatically.
Can I block a job from entering the production queue until the deposit is confirmed?
WebRun does not change job statuses on its own, but the Slack alert tells your production manager which jobs are missing deposits so they can hold the job manually until payment is confirmed.
