Questions, answered

Will it reply to the seller on its own?

No. WebRun only routes the lead internally in Slack. Any reply to the seller is drafted separately and left for a human to review and send.

What if the yard is not currently buying that material?

It checks ScrapRight's current commodity list and flags the lead as a non-buying material in the Slack post, so the buyer can decide whether to hold or refer the seller.

Can it handle multiple material types in one inquiry?

Yes. It extracts each material mentioned, checks each against ScrapRight, and routes the lead to all relevant buyers if more than one material is listed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
