Turn cadence replies into a follow-up board
Every morning, WebRun opens Salesloft, gathers the prospects who replied to a cadence in the last day, sorts genuine interest from out of office and unsubscribe replies, creates one Trello card per live reply with the prospect, account, cadence and reply text, and messages each owning rep on WhatsApp with the names waiting on them.

How do I make sure every sales cadence reply gets followed up?
WebRun collects every Salesloft cadence reply from the last day each morning, classifies it as interested, not now, wrong person, out of office or unsubscribe, and creates one labelled Trello card per live reply assigned to the owning rep. Each rep then gets a WhatsApp message naming only the prospects waiting on them.
- Interested replies reach the owning rep the same morning
- Out of office and unsubscribe replies never clutter the follow-up board
- Every reply becomes an assigned card, so nothing lives only in an inbox

1
Salesloft - collect yesterday's replies
WebRun opens Salesloft to collect yesterday's replies. - Open Salesloft and go to the replies view for the last 24 hours
- Capture the prospect name, account, job title, cadence and owning rep for each reply
- Read each reply and classify it: interested, not now, wrong person, out of office, or unsubscribe
- Note whether the prospect is still active in the cadence or has been removed
- Skip automated bounce notifications and anything already worked today
Done when Every reply from the last day is captured, classified and matched to its owning rep.
-
2
Trello - create a card per reply
WebRun opens Trello to create a card per reply. - Open your follow-up board and create one card per live reply in the New Replies list
- Title each card with the prospect name and account, and assign the owning rep
- Put the cadence, job title, reply classification and the reply text in the card description
- Label cards by classification so interested and wrong person are visually distinct
- Add a due date of today for interested replies and skip cards for out of office notes
Done when Every live reply exists as an owned, labelled Trello card.
-
3
WhatsApp - tell the owning rep
WebRun opens WhatsApp to tell the owning rep. - Message each rep with only their own replies: prospect, account and classification
- Lead with the interested replies and give the card link for each
- Skip reps with no new replies so nobody gets an empty ping
- Never reply to a prospect. WebRun routes the reply to a human; the response is written and sent by your rep
Done when Every rep with a new reply knows about it on WhatsApp.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to prospects for me?
No. WebRun never sends an email or a message to a prospect. It reads the reply, classifies it, creates the Trello card and tells the owning rep. Every word that reaches a prospect is written and sent by a human.
What happens to out of office and unsubscribe replies?
They are classified and kept out of the follow-up list. Out of office replies get no card, and unsubscribe replies are labelled clearly so your rep handles the removal properly in Salesloft.
How does it know which rep owns a reply?
It reads the cadence owner and the prospect owner recorded in Salesloft, so the Trello assignment and the WhatsApp message go to the person already responsible for that account.
