How do I automatically remind campsite guests about upcoming park activities and events?
WebRun checks Campspot every morning for activities and events scheduled in the next 24 hours, identifies which on-site guests will still be in the park when each event runs, and drafts a personalised reminder email for each guest in Gmail. It posts a Slack summary for your review before any message reaches a guest.
- On-site guests are reminded about every activity during their stay
- Event attendance improves because guests get a personal, timely nudge
- Staff skip the manual task of identifying and emailing eligible guests per event
Built for RV park operators · campground activity coordinators · outdoor hospitality guest experience teams

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email guests about events without my approval?
No. Every event reminder is saved as a Gmail draft. Nothing goes to a guest until you approve and send it yourself.
What if a guest checks out before the event?
WebRun only includes guests whose stay overlaps the event date and time in Campspot, so guests who will have already departed are excluded automatically.
Can it promote paid activities or add-ons in the reminder?
Yes. Include details about paid activities, add-on bookings, or sign-up links in the event details inside Campspot and WebRun will include them in the drafted reminder.
