How do I catch broken shoe size runs before they cost a sale?
WebRun opens Runit every morning and reads the size, width and color matrix for your running shoe styles. It flags any style missing its core sizes or popular widths, ranks the gaps by sell-through, and posts a reorder list to Slack, so buyers refill broken runs before a fitting walks out unsold.
- Broken size runs surface every morning before a fitting is lost
- Reorders are ranked by sell-through, not guessed
- Buyers open Slack to a ready list instead of digging through the matrix

- Flag any style missing a core size (typically 8 to 11) or a width customers ask for

WebRun opens Slack to post the reorder list. - Post a ranked reorder list to the buying channel with style, missing sizes and widths
- Put the highest sell-through gaps at the top so buyers act on those first

Questions, answered
Will it place the reorder with my vendor on its own?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list of the size gaps for a buyer to review. You decide what to order and place it yourself, so nothing is committed to a vendor without a human.
How does it know which sizes actually matter?
It reads recent sell-through from Runit and ranks gaps by how fast each style moves, so the sizes your customers ask for most rise to the top instead of a flat list.
Can it cover width and color, not just size?
Yes. WebRun reads the full Runit matrix across size, width and color, so a missing 2E width or a gap in a popular colorway is flagged the same as a missing length.
