Questions, answered
Will it file a carrier claim on my behalf?
No. Filing a claim with the carrier is an action WebRun leaves to your team. It identifies which returns need a claim opened and logs them to the sheet for follow-up.
Which carriers does it track?
It tracks whatever is recorded in ReverseLogix as the inbound carrier for damaged returns. As long as the carrier name is in the return record, WebRun can surface it.
How old does a claim need to be before it is flagged as overdue?
You set the follow-up window during setup, for example 10 business days with no status update. WebRun flags anything older than that threshold in the sheet and in the Slack post.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
