In short

How do I automatically report the recovered value from my reverse logistics program each week?

WebRun opens ReverseLogix every Monday, totals the week's recovered value across resale, refurbish, and scrap channels, checks the prior-week figure in QuickBooks for comparison, and posts a digest to Slack. Finance and ops see the program's return on recovery each week without pulling a manual report.

  • Finance sees recovered value by channel every Monday without a manual export
  • Week-over-week drops in recovery are flagged automatically before they become a trend
  • Top-performing recovered SKUs are visible for recommerce and buyer decisions

Questions, answered

Will it create any journal entries or invoices in QuickBooks?

No. WebRun reads prior-week recovery figures from QuickBooks for comparison only. It never writes, edits, or creates records in your accounting system.

What is the source of the recovered value figures?

It reads the estimated resale and scrap values that ReverseLogix assigns based on your disposition rules and grade-to-value mappings. Configure those in ReverseLogix once and the digest reflects them.

Can I add more channels beyond resale, refurbish, and scrap?

Yes. Any disposition type you have configured in ReverseLogix can be added to the summary. Tell WebRun which channels to include during setup.
