How is the team average calculated?
It averages the open, reply, and meeting booked rate across every active sequence for the week, so a sequence is only flagged when it genuinely lags its peers, not against an arbitrary target.
Does a new sequence get flagged unfairly in its first week?
It can appear on the coaching list like any other sequence, since the point is visibility into what is happening now. A manager can factor in that it is new when reviewing the card.
