Alert dispatch the moment a reefer drifts off setpoint

Every few minutes, WebRun opens Wireless Links Fleet.Net, checks each reefer trailer against its setpoint, catches any deviation beyond your tolerance, logs the excursion to a Google Sheet, and drafts a Twilio SMS to dispatch so a loaded trailer never sits off temperature unnoticed.

In short

How do I get alerted the moment a reefer trailer drifts off its setpoint?

WebRun checks Wireless Links Fleet.Net every few minutes, comparing each reefer trailer to its setpoint. When a trailer drifts beyond your tolerance for too long, it logs the excursion to a Google Sheet and drafts a Twilio SMS to dispatch for approval, so a loaded trailer never sits off temperature unnoticed.

  • Off setpoint trailers are caught within minutes, not at the next delivery
  • Dispatch gets a ready to send SMS the moment a deviation is confirmed
  • Every excursion is logged with its running duration for later review

Questions, answered

Will it text dispatch or the driver without me?

No. WebRun drafts and queues the dispatch SMS in Twilio and leaves it unsent for a human to approve. It never texts the driver or customer directly, so nothing goes out on its own.

How big a deviation triggers an alert?

You set the tolerance band and grace window. WebRun only flags a trailer once it has drifted beyond your band for longer than that window, so brief door openings and defrost cycles do not create noise.

What if the trailer comes back on setpoint on its own?

It reads the live temperature every few minutes, so a trailer that returns inside tolerance is marked resolved in the log automatically and no alert is drafted.

Put this on autopilot.
