Catch mailboxes before they run out of space
Every morning, WebRun signs into the Rackspace Email control panel, reads how much storage each mailbox is using against its quota, writes the day's reading into Airtable so you can see the trend, and sends you a Telegram alert listing any mailbox that has crossed your warning threshold.

How do I get warned before a Rackspace mailbox runs out of space?
WebRun checks every mailbox in your Rackspace Email control panel each morning, reads storage used against quota, and logs the day's figures to Airtable so the trend is visible. It then sends you a Telegram alert naming any mailbox past your warning threshold, before mail starts bouncing.
- Full mailboxes get caught days before mail starts bouncing
- Every mailbox has a dated usage history in Airtable
- Quiet days produce one all-clear line instead of a report nobody reads

Questions, answered
Will it delete mail to free up space?
No. WebRun only reads storage figures and reports them. It never deletes a message, empties a folder, or changes a mailbox quota. Any cleanup stays your decision.
Can I set my own warning threshold?
Yes. Tell WebRun the percentage you care about, for example 80 percent full, and only mailboxes above that line appear in the Telegram alert.
What if nothing is close to full?
You get a single all-clear line in Telegram, so the daily check stays quiet on normal days and only gets loud when a mailbox actually needs attention.
Put this on autopilot.
