Questions, answered
Will it contact suppliers on its own?
No. WebRun only builds an internal backorder digest in a Google Sheet and Slack. Your buyer contacts each vendor. No message goes to a supplier without a person.
How does it know a line is backordered?
It reads the open purchase orders in Like Sew and flags any line marked backordered or past its expected receive date, then sorts them by how many days late each one is.
Can it group the digest by vendor?
Yes. It groups every overdue line by supplier in the sheet and the Slack digest, so a single follow-up call can cover everything outstanding from one vendor.
