Questions, answered
Does it contact the dental lab automatically?
No. WebRun tracks case status and posts an internal Slack list and Google Sheet. Chasing the lab is done by your coordinator, who can act straight from the flagged list.
How does it know which cases are overdue?
It compares each case's expected return date against today, so anything past its due date is marked overdue and cases due within two days are flagged for chasing.
What if a case has already come back and been seated?
It reads the live case status in XLDent each morning, so cases that are back and seated drop off the open list automatically and are not re-flagged.
