How do I automatically notify pawn customers when their loan is about to expire?
WebRun checks PawnMaster every morning for pawn loans at or near maturity, drafts a personalized pickup expiration notice for each customer in Gmail, and posts the full queue to Slack for staff to review and approve. No notice is sent automatically, and WebRun never forfeits or sells collateral on its own.
- Customers get fair advance notice of their pickup deadline every time
- Staff approve every outbound notice before it is sent
- Loans already resolved are skipped automatically, avoiding duplicate outreach

Questions, answered
Will WebRun send notices to customers without someone reviewing them first?
No. Every notice is saved as a Gmail draft and never sent automatically. A staff member must open the draft and approve it before anything reaches the customer, keeping your shop in full control of outbound communications.
Can WebRun automatically forfeit or sell the collateral if the customer does not respond?
No. WebRun never forfeits or initiates the sale of collateral. Forfeiture decisions require staff judgment and must follow your state regulations. WebRun only surfaces which loans need attention so your team can act.
What if the customer already picked up or renewed before the notice runs?
WebRun reads live loan status from PawnMaster each morning. Any ticket already closed, renewed, or redeemed before the daily run is skipped and no draft is created for it.
