Questions, answered
Does this report include customer personal data?
No. The daily report covers aggregate totals only: sales by category, loan counts, redemptions, and interest collected. No customer names, contact details, or collateral descriptions are included or shared.
Can I change which metrics appear in the Slack digest?
Yes. Tell WebRun which figures matter most to your shop and it will surface those first. You can also set custom thresholds for the variance flags to match your normal fluctuation range.
What if Bravo Store Systems is not fully reconciled by 6 PM?
You can adjust the run time to match your end-of-day close. If a transaction is posted after the run, the following day's report will still capture a full prior-day total when you schedule a secondary morning check.
