Brief your floor team before every service

Every afternoon before service, WebRun opens OpenTable, reads tonight's reservation book, builds a brief covering total covers by hour, large parties, repeat and VIP guests, allergies and occasion notes, posts it to your Microsoft Teams channel, and sends the shift lead the same headline on WhatsApp.

In short

How do I get tonight's reservation brief to my restaurant team automatically?

WebRun briefs your floor team before every service. Each afternoon it reads tonight's OpenTable book, counts covers by hour, pulls out large parties, VIPs, allergies and occasion notes, posts the brief to Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApps the shift lead the headline, so staff arrive already knowing the night.

  • Staff arrive knowing covers, VIPs, and allergies
  • Large parties are spotted before service, not at the door
  • One brief per venue with no manual book reading

Built for restaurant managers · front of house teams · hospitality groups · sommeliers and hosts

Questions, answered

Does it message guests or change reservations?

No. WebRun only reads the OpenTable book and briefs your own team on Teams and WhatsApp. It never messages a guest, never moves a table, and never cancels or amends a booking.

What time does the brief arrive?

You choose the hour, and most restaurants run it in the early afternoon so the brief is waiting when staff arrive. It reads the book live at that moment, so late bookings are included.

Can it cover more than one venue?

Yes. Give WebRun each venue in your OpenTable account and it posts a separate brief per venue, so each floor team sees only its own service.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
