In short

How do I track meeting no-shows and cancellations automatically?

WebRun opens OnceHub every morning and reviews yesterday's bookings across your booking pages. It counts completed meetings, no-shows, reschedules, and late cancellations, posts the breakdown by page and owner to Slack, and sends a Telegram alert when the no-show rate crosses your limit.

  • The no-show rate is a number the team sees every morning
  • Booking pages and owners with the worst rates are named
  • Unrecorded outcomes are reported instead of quietly skewing the rate

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it contact anyone who missed a meeting?

No. WebRun posts internal reports to Slack and Telegram only. It never emails, texts, or rebooks a customer who failed to show, so any follow-up is written and sent by your team.

Does it change bookings in OnceHub?

No. WebRun only reads yesterday's activity. It never cancels, reschedules, marks a booking, or edits a booking page or availability rule.

How does it know a booking was a no-show?

It uses the outcome recorded against the booking in OnceHub. Anything left unmarked is reported separately as unrecorded, so the rate is not inflated by admin that nobody completed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
