Flag short loads that came in under the barrel threshold

Every morning, WebRun opens Engage Mobilize, reviews the previous day's completed hauls, flags any load whose barrels came in below your minimum threshold, records each short load with its lease and driver in a Google Sheet, and posts dispatch a ranked Slack list so the worst short loads get looked at first.

In short

How do I automatically flag short loads under a barrel threshold?

Every morning, WebRun opens Engage Mobilize, reviews yesterday's completed hauls, and flags any load that came in below your minimum barrel threshold. It logs each short load with its lease, driver, and shortfall in a Google Sheet, then posts dispatch a ranked Slack list with repeat offenders highlighted so the worst short loads get investigated first.

  • Short loads are caught the next morning, not at month-end
  • Repeat short-load drivers and leases surface automatically
  • Every short load is logged with its exact shortfall for review

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.engagemobilize.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Engage Mobilize - read yesterday's completed hauls

WebRun reviews yesterday's completed hauls in Engage Mobilize.
    • Open Engage Mobilize and filter to hauls completed yesterday
    • Read the barrels hauled, lease, tank, and driver for each load
    • Compare each load's volume against the minimum barrel threshold you set for that route or tank size

Done when Every load from yesterday under the barrel threshold is identified with its details.

WebRun in Google Sheets: log short loads by lease and driver
WebRun logs each short load by lease and driver in a Google Sheet.
    • Open the short-load tracker sheet and add a row for each flagged load
    • Record the date, lease, tank, driver, barrels hauled, and how far under threshold it fell
    • Keep a running tally per driver and per lease so repeat short loads stand out

Done when Every short load is logged with its shortfall and rolled into the per-driver and per-lease tallies.

  4. 3
Slack - post the ranked short-load list
    slack.com How to Automate Slack
WebRun in Slack: post the ranked short-load list
WebRun posts a ranked short-load list to Slack.
    • Post a Slack list of yesterday's short loads ranked by how far under threshold they came in
    • Highlight drivers or leases with repeated short loads over the past week
    • Leave the list for dispatch to investigate; do not message drivers directly

Done when Dispatch has a ranked short-load list in Slack with repeat offenders highlighted.

Questions, answered

What counts as a short load?

Any completed haul whose barrels came in below the minimum threshold you set. You can set one threshold per route or per tank size, and WebRun measures each load against the matching threshold every morning.

Will it contact drivers about short loads?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list for dispatch. It never messages a driver directly, so your team decides how to follow up on any short load or repeat pattern.

How does it surface repeat offenders?

It keeps a running tally per driver and per lease in the tracker sheet, then highlights anyone with repeated short loads over the past week at the top of the Slack list, so patterns are easy to spot.

Put this on autopilot.
