How to Automate Engage Mobilize

Engage Mobilize automates the field ticket itself, through geofencing, Predictive Dispatch driven by SCADA and automated ticket validation. What stays manual sits outside it: disposal facility manifests, driver certification records, accounting systems and tank readings. A browser agent such as WebRun signs in and works those on a schedule, drafting anything that leaves your company.

The field ticket is the only proof a haul happened

Out on a lease there is no reception desk and no timesheet. A truck pulls up to a tank battery, loads produced water, drives to a disposal well and comes back. What proved it used to be a paper ticket signed by whoever was standing there.

Engage Mobilize makes that ticket digital. It is field operations software for energy work, used by operators and the service companies they hire, and it reaches into renewables, mining and waste management too. Water hauling, crude hauling, roustabout crews, proppant and sand delivery and chemical inventory all move through it.

Two companies work off the same screen, which is the idea. The operator dispatches the job and approves it. The service provider accepts it, runs it and gets paid on the ticket it produced. E-Ticketing carries the work, E-Invoicing carries the money, E-Forms carries whatever else had to be signed.

Everything downstream depends on that ticket being right.

Barrels get argued over weeks after the truck left

A ticket is agreed by more parties than the two on the screen.

The disposal facility keeps its own manifest, and its count is the one that ends up on a state form. Somebody matches yesterday's hauls against it, load by load, and writes to the facility about the ones that do not line up. Somebody else notices a load came in three hundred barrels light and has to work out whether the tank was low, the meter was wrong or the truck stopped somewhere.

Around that sits the compliance file. H2S and hazmat certifications expire on their own schedule, and a driver with a lapsed card should not be on a lease. Disputed tickets need geofence timestamps gathered into a reply. Approved crude tickets have to become invoices in an accounting system that has never heard of a lease. Tank levels have to be watched so a truck rolls before one tops out.

Every haul matched to the facility Yesterday's loads compared against the disposal site's own manifest, with the ones that do not reconcile listed before the morning call.
Short loads found while it matters Any load under your minimum barrel count flagged and ranked, so the cause can still be traced back to a tank and a driver.
Certifications that chase themselves H2S and hazmat expiry dates read each morning, with a reminder drafted for every driver whose card is about to lapse.

Geofences close a ticket, they do not settle a dispute

Engage Mobilize already automates a good deal of this, and none of it should go back to being done by hand.

Geofencing with breadcrumbing updates a job's status as the truck crosses onto and off the lease, so arrival and departure are recorded rather than remembered. Predictive Dispatch harnesses SCADA systems to schedule work at the right time and location, which is exactly how a water haul ought to be triggered. Data Validation applies automated rejections and approvals, so clean tickets do not sit waiting on a person. E-Data Insights gives operators a live view of field activity in dashboards they can customise.

The boundary is easy to describe: all of that is true inside the platform, on work both parties already agreed to run there.

Everything else the day touches is somebody else's website. The disposal facility's portal. The training provider's record of who is currently certified. The accounting system where an invoice is actually raised. The tank readings the production team looks at. A spreadsheet the owner opens on Sunday night. Engage Mobilize cannot open any of them, and neither can an operator's approval rules.

Hauls that reconcile against the disposal site before anyone asks

The gap worth closing is between a ticket and everyone who has to agree with it.

Yesterday's hauls matched against the disposal facility's own manifest each morning, with the loads that do not reconcile listed and the note to the facility already written. Every load below your minimum barrel threshold flagged and ranked, so a pattern shows up while the driver still remembers the tank. New field tickets checked hourly against the geofence times, the clean ones approved and anything odd queued for a person. Hauls that logged an entry but never an exit surfaced within minutes.

The same habit works off the lease. Driver H2S and hazmat dates read each morning and turned into reminders before a card lapses. Approved crude tickets drafted as invoices per customer, priced from the tickets themselves. The day's barrels totalled by lease, driver and fluid type into a running sheet. Tank levels watched against capacity so a haul is ordered before one tops out.

Draw the line where the work becomes irreversible. Reading, matching and flagging can run all night unattended. Approving a disputed ticket, telling a facility its count is wrong or sending an invoice waits for a person, because each is a position you take with somebody you work with tomorrow.

Reconciliation should not depend on who is still awake

Nobody wants to spend an evening logged into a disposal facility's website comparing two lists of loads, and in a busy week nobody does.

WebRun is an AI agent that works a real Chrome browser, signed in as you. It opens Engage Mobilize, the facility portal, the certification record or the accounting system, reads what each says, and writes the comparison into the sheet or the channel your team already watches.

It runs on your schedule in your own private environment, and you can watch a run and stop it. Anything that approves, invoices or reaches an operator is drafted and waits for a person.

The workflows below are already built, and each one names what it signs into.

Questions people ask

Can it approve field tickets without us?

Only the ones you have already defined as clean. It compares the geofence entry and exit against the contract terms, approves what matches and queues anything unusual for a person. The Data Validation rules you have set in Engage Mobilize keep doing their own job.

Does this need an integration with our disposal facility?

No. It opens the facility's own portal in a browser using the account your office already has, and reads the manifest on the screen. That is the usual answer for facilities that publish no data feed and never will.

Operators dispute our tickets. Will it argue the case for us?

No. It gathers the ticket detail and the geofence timestamps into a clear reply and stops there. A person reads it and decides whether to send, because a disputed haul is a commercial conversation rather than a data problem.

Automated Driver Cert Expiry Reminders
Every morning, WebRun checks driver H2S and hazmat certification dates, finds the ones expiring soon, drafts a reminder text for each driver, and posts the queue to Slack for a supervisor to approve before it sends.

Automated Disposal Manifest Reconciliation
Every morning, WebRun matches yesterday's Engage Mobilize hauls against the disposal facility manifest, finds loads that do not reconcile, and drafts a discrepancy note for the facility that a human approves before it sends.
