In short

How do I combine multiple branch spreadsheets into one summary?

WebRun opens each branch workbook in Microsoft Excel Online every Monday and reads the nominated table or named range. It writes every location's figures into one roll-up sheet with totals, mirrors the summary into Airtable, and raises a Trello card for any workbook missing or not updated.

  • One sheet holds every location's figures without hand-stitching files
  • Missing workbooks show as gaps, never as a silent zero
  • Each week is stored in Airtable so branch trends are visible

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it change the branch workbooks?

No. WebRun reads the nominated range in each source workbook and writes only to the roll-up workbook and to Airtable, so branch files come back exactly as they were.

What happens when a branch has not filed its numbers?

The roll-up marks that row as missing and a Trello card is raised naming the branch, the file and who owns it, so the gap is visible rather than silently zero.

Will it chase the branch managers?

No. It raises internal Trello cards only. It never emails or messages a branch manager, so chasing stays with a person who knows the context.

Put this on autopilot.
