Questions, answered
What happens to an unmatched transaction?
It is listed first in the Notion summary and logged in the Sheets tracker, so finance can chase down the missing order reference without re-running the export.
Will WebRun issue a refund or request settlement?
No. WebRun only reconciles and reports on transactions it finds in Network International. It never issues a refund, requests settlement, or moves money on its own.
How far back does the reconciliation history go?
As far back as the running Google Sheets log has been kept, since every day's totals are appended rather than overwritten.
