In short

How do I get a weekly nephrology provider utilization report automatically?

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens Acumen and pulls each nephrologist's scheduled slots and completed visits for the prior week, calculates a utilization rate, appends the results to a Google Sheets log, and posts a digest to Slack. Practice leaders see under-booked providers flagged before Monday's scheduling decisions are made.

  • Under-booked providers are visible every Monday morning before scheduling decisions
  • A rolling four-week utilization trend surfaces in Google Sheets automatically
  • Practice leaders replace a manual report pull with a five-second Slack read

Questions, answered

Does it make any scheduling changes automatically?

No. WebRun only reads and reports utilization data. All scheduling decisions and capacity changes are made by practice management staff after reviewing the digest.

What counts as an available slot?

It counts all slots on the provider's Acumen schedule that were not blocked or marked as administrative. You can adjust the slot definition in the workflow settings to match your practice's scheduling model.

How far back does the four-week average go?

The rolling average uses the four most recently completed weeks logged in Google Sheets. The first four weeks after setup will build incrementally until a full rolling window is available.

Put this on autopilot.
