What if a family already paid between runs?
It reads the live invoice status in My Music Staff each Monday, so families who have settled their balance since last week are excluded automatically.
Can I set a minimum overdue threshold so small balances are not chased?
Yes. Set a minimum amount or minimum days overdue in your WebRun settings and only balances above that threshold will generate a chaser draft.
