Questions, answered
Will it send the welcome email to new families without my approval?
No. Every welcome message is saved as a Gmail draft first. Your admin reviews the batch in Gmail after seeing the Slack prompt, and nothing is sent until you approve.
Can I customise the welcome email content and studio policies included?
Yes. Provide WebRun with your welcome template, studio policies, and any links you want included and it will populate each draft consistently for every new family.
What if a student enrolled but their first lesson is weeks away?
WebRun still drafts the welcome email so the family hears from you right away. The lesson details it includes will reflect the actual scheduled date, however far out that is.
