How do I get automatic low-stock alerts for each of my POS locations?
WebRun checks Revel Systems inventory counts against configured reorder thresholds for every SKU at every location twice a day. When any item falls below its point, it sends a Telegram alert naming the location, the item, and the current count so your purchasing team can reorder before the location runs out.
- Low-stock items surfaced at the right location before a stockout happens
- Purchasing team gets a clear per-location action list twice a day
- Stockouts reduced by catching depletion earlier in the day

Questions, answered
Can I set different reorder thresholds for each location?
Yes. Thresholds are read from the Revel inventory configuration for each location, so a busy downtown store can have a higher reorder point than a smaller suburban one.
Will it place purchase orders automatically?
No. WebRun sends the alert and stops. Placing purchase orders with suppliers is a separate action taken by your team, keeping a human in the loop before any order is sent or money is committed.
What if the same item is low at several locations at once?
Each location gets its own Telegram message so the alert is clearly tied to a specific site. Items low at multiple locations are flagged in each relevant message independently.
